Cancel or change a subscription
Subscriptions are managed by Apple, in your Apple Account:
- Open the Settings app on your iPhone.
- Tap your name at the top, then Subscriptions.
- Choose Odette, then cancel or change your plan.
You can also get there from inside Odette: tap the person button on Today to open Settings, then Manage subscription. Cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period to avoid the next charge. You keep access until the period you paid for ends. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
Restore a purchase
If you subscribed and Odette asks you to subscribe again, for example on a new phone, tap Restore at the bottom of the subscription screen. Make sure the phone is signed in to the same Apple Account you bought with. Once you are inside the app, Restore purchases is also in Settings.
Ask for a refund
Apple handles billing and refunds for App Store purchases. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com. We are not able to refund an App Store purchase ourselves, but write to us if something went wrong and we will help where we can.
Apple Health
To save your practices to Apple Health, open Settings in Odette and turn on Apple Health under Class. To turn it off, use the same switch. You can also change what Odette may read and write in your iPhone’s Settings, under Privacy & Security and then Health. Turning it off stops new practices being saved. Workouts already saved stay in the Health app until you remove them there.
Delete your information
Your practice history and your answers are stored on your iPhone. Deleting the app removes them from the phone. We keep no copy, so they cannot be restored afterwards. Workouts saved to Apple Health and cards saved to Photos stay where they are until you remove them there. To ask us to delete the subscription record our provider holds, write to us with the order number from your App Store receipt. Our Privacy Policy explains what is kept and where.
Questions about your health
We cannot give medical advice. If you are unsure whether a class or a move is right for you, or something hurts, please ask your doctor or another qualified clinician. Our Terms say more about practicing safely.
